Takeaways
User research is crucial
Taking the time to understand real users’ challenges, behaviors, and needs ensures design decisions are grounded in reality. Without this insight, solutions risk being ineffective or disconnected from the people they aim to help.
AI can solve real problems
It’s essential to design with the user in mind, as different user groups often have varying needs. By considering these needs and prioritizing them, you can create solutions that genuinely cater to the people who will be using the product.
Consistency and human-centered design matter
Maintaining a cohesive visual system and predictable interactions builds trust, clarity, and usability across the product. Designing with empathy ensures the solution resonates deeply with its target audience, making it approachable, engaging, and effective.
Information Architecture
Developed the website’s information architecture through a hierarchical sitemap, ensuring clear structure and intuitive navigation.
